The health and safety of your pet is our priority. We strive for honesty and cooperation with families of pets for the best health, care and appearance. We have an open floor plan and each pet gets our personal attention! Every pet is unique and so is their style. We enjoy getting to know them and you and finding your pet’s unique look.

Do I need to make an appointment for
pet nail trims?
We offer walk-in nail trims, with no appointments necessary, during our normal business hours. Note that we are not open all Saturdays and if your pet is quite difficult or aggressive, it is best to call ahead in order to ensure we have the proper staff in the shop.
Why must I call or come in to shop to make first appointment after uploading Gingr Application on the website, even if not a new client?
We are unable to distinguish between old and new clients in the Gingr Application settings, therefore no one is able to set up the first appointment after uploading the application. Once we have completed the first service, then you will be able to request online.
Does Wags n' Whiskers send me
a text reminder for my appointment?
Yes, you will be sent a text reminder (and email if provided) 24 hours prior to your currently scheduled appointment.
How old does my puppy need to be to get its first grooming?
Depending on the breed, we recommend waiting until your puppy is 3 to 4 months old. The first grooming appointment will have limited services and provides help in training your new puppy with strange places, people and noises. The time your puppy will be here is also less than a normal groom. Please call to discuss your first grooming and make appointment.
Why are Saturdays “By Appointment Only”?
Due to the fact that we are not open all Saturdays, it is best to check our website calendar for availability, especially for walk in nail trims.
Why can't I sign into or create an account in the Gingr Application?
The most common error clients get when trying to sign into the application for the first time is an error saying “phone number already on file”. If you already have an account with our salon, sign in with your phone number you have on file with us and create a password. Don't create a new account. Email login won't always work as you may not have it on file with us but can add it later. This is why phone number sign in works best.

Our Services
We have marvelous professional groomers who bathe and trim your dog with care. Our dog groomers are skilled at creating gorgeous, intricate styles as well as more carefree looks.
Wags n' Whishers has some of the finest cat and kitten grooming in Sioux Falls. Our professional and compassionate staff knows how to calm even the toughest kitty.
We do require a meet and greet appointment prior to the first cat grooming.
Bathing
We offer a variety of full-Service bath options. You may bathe your dog every week to eight weeks, depending on your dog. Cats don't need to be bathed as often, however, speak with your groomer because each cat is unique.
