Our Services
We have marvelous professional groomers who bathe and trim your dog with care. Our dog groomers are skilled at creating gorgeous, intricate styles as well as more carefree looks.
Wags n' Whishers has some of the finest cat and kitten grooming in Sioux Falls. Our professional and compassionate staff knows how to calm even the toughest kitty.
We do require a meet and greet appointment prior to the first cat grooming.
Bathing
We offer a variety of full-Service bath options. You may bathe your dog every week to eight weeks, depending on your dog. Cats don't need to be bathed as often, however, speak with your groomer because each cat is unique.

All prices are subject to the condition of the pet, length of time between grooming and behavior. We groom all dog breeds. Please talk with your groomer about any special needs your pet may have.

Wags n' Whiskers Pet Salon Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
At Wags n' Whiskers Pet Salon, we value your time and appreciate your trust in us to care for your pet. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:
A full groom for your pet could take 3 to 4 hours or sometimes even longer! To maximize the number of clients we can service per day, we ask that you do the following to assist us.
Appointment Reminders
You will receive appointment reminders through email and/or text messages approximately 24 hours prior to
your appointment. Confirm your appointment with instructions included in your message.
Deposits & Fees
All deposits and fees will be $50 for small to medium dog appointments and $75 for larger dog and all cat appointments
• Deposits:
- For new clients, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your grooming bill on the day of service.
• Cancellation Fees
• No-Show Fees
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require notice of at least one business day prior to appointment for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than one business day notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If no deposit was made, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments or no-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit and may require deposits for future bookings. If no deposit was made, you will be charged a no-show fee.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Frequent late arrivals may require deposits for future services.
Exceptions
• We understand emergencies happen. At our discretion, we may waive the forfeiture of the deposit in certain circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, severe weather).
Inclement Weather
• This policy remains in effect during inclement weather. Please be weather-aware during the days leading up to your appointment, as you are still required to notify us at least one business day prior if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If our location should close due to inclement weather before your appointment, we will notify you to reschedule.
